If you leave covered employment, contact the Pension Fund Office to make any necessary updates to your contact information (address, phone number, etc.) If you are eligible for a pension when you leave covered employment, contact the Pension Fund Office to start the pension application process.

Reduction of contribution rates does not affect pension benefit accrual or pension benefits. Read the details in this announcement letter.

What Do I Do When I’m Ready to Retire?

To receive your pension benefits, you must complete an application form at the Pension Fund Office, which you may do at any time after you become eligible for a pension. To make sure your benefit payments are not delayed, complete your application at least three months before you plan to retire.
